Concept Design

EirZA provides creative, and bespoke, design solutions for both architecture and landscape design.

We produce creative concept designs with the meticulous planning of buildings, sites or landscape arrangements. We are not technical Architects nor do we strive to execute our designs on site. Our involvement is limited to the initial design stage where we remain focused on providing appropriate design solutions. We work alongside other construction professionals supporting their own in-house design teams or directly with private clients.

Because we remain focused on concept design, our clients are subsequently free to implement the design through whichever development path suits their needs. Some clients are developers who will have our designs rationalised. Some clients are self-build or private-owners who simply cannot visualise their own ideas. Our international clients are generally ‘design-and-build’ contractors looking for experienced and creative designs to be implemented directly on site.

Regardless of the application, what remains consistent is that our clients are simply looking for a more creative, well-thought-out design.
