Property Assessment Reporting

EirZA Limited conducts on-site reviews of existing properties that are earmarked for sale.

We provide a comprehensive, non-biased review of the property and grounds enabling clients to make informed decisions about potential property investments. An informed review could significantly reduce your investment risk.

Our reviews provide a general overview of all visible and accessible aspects of the property as presented. Depending on the property and its access, we would include assessments of all components of the main building fabric as well as its surrounding exterior. Provisional radon levels and thermal imagery identifying potential defects in insulation or other unseen defects are also available. Further details on Thermal Imaging.

If necessary, EirZA can provide an additional technical report addressing improvements necessary for compliance with current building regulations. These reports are required if a major renovation is anticipated.

Architectural reports are currently only available for properties within Ireland. Geographical limitations may apply.
