As-Built Documentation
The production of as-built documentation is necessary for all existing buildings or properties where accurate and up-to-date information is not available. The production of as-built drawings is generally the first step in the design process and ensures the feasibility of any design proposal.
EirZA gathers data onsite and produces a set of drawings or 3D models, if necessary, to allow the design process to begin.
In addition, EirZA completes simplified building measurements of interior layouts to support real estate agents or BER assessors.
The production of as-built documentation is currently only available for properties within Ireland. Geographical limitations may apply.
